CashParrot reserves the right to change its TOS at any time. We reserve the right to change point values of rewards or offers at any time for any reason.
1. Membership
(1) A user must have a valid email address.
(2) A user must provide accurate contact information (if asked) including (but not not limited to) shipping address, telephone number and email address upon signup. Only one account is allowed per household(family). You must be 18 or older to participate in this website.
(3) Signups may not be from a public area such as a workplace or library. A user may also not sign up to our site via a proxy, which includes ISPs such as AOL.
(4) A user may be put on hold for ANY suspicious activity whether it be on this site, or other free sites owned by CashParrot.
(5) A user may have a maximum of 1 account per site. Any accounts sharing the same IP address are considered duplicate accounts and will be closed.
(6) Violating the terms on CashParrot disqualifies a users account on all future and current CashParrot websites.
(7) �Walking through� or guiding users through the steps of completing the site is strictly prohibited.
(A users account may be closed by CashParrot at any time based on the discretion of CashParrot. Users will forfeit their funds if they do not log on at least once in a 6 months. You may request an extension to stop a forfeit for an account. Please email CashParrotAdmin@gmail.com if you need an account extension and let us know how long of an extension you will need.)
(8) By signing up for any CashParrot website you agree to hold harmless CashParrot and any of its employees from any damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal claims that may result from using this website.
(9) Threats in any shape, way, or form against CashParrot or its employees will result in a permanent hold. CashParrot holds the right to chose what is a threat and what is not for the betterment of their safety.
2. Completion of Offers
(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Do not complete an offer twice as this is considered fraud. Any history of previous fraud with our affiliates will result in a permanent hold.
(2) CashParrot does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any offer. We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information or fraudulent information.
(3) A user should only complete an offer they are interested in. Completing an offer only to get your free gift is considered fraud.
(4) CashParrot is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit.
(5) At this time, Manual requests are not being processed by the affiliates due to fraud. Once the fraud has been controlled, then they might be allowed again.
(6) Credits cannot be switched around at all.
(7) Prepaid cards are forbidden and should not be used in completing offers.
3. Orders
(1) CashParrot will take measures to ensure that the user receives payments and rewards within a reasonable amount of time. However, CashParrot can only do so when the advertisers pay.
(2) All rewards are sent to the shipping address/paypal address provided by the user at registration time. It is a user�s responsibility to verify that the shipping address/paypal address provided is correct. CashParrot is not responsible for lost mail as a result of a theft or mis-delivery.
(3) CashParrot is not responsible for any lost orders due to inaccurate shipping information.
(4) Users who receive $600 or more in gifts from any of the RocketBills/CashParrot websites will be required to send a W9 or W8 tax form in accordance with federal laws.
(5) Orders may be held at any time for any reason based on the discretion of CashParrot or any site affiliated with CashParrot.
(6) All users must be Paypal Verified in order to receive payments.
4. Multiple Orders
(1) If you exceed $600 in total earnings from RocketBills/CashParrot, you will be required to submit a W9. If I don�t have a W9 when you order, your payment will be held until I receive one. Send admin a PM if you have any details you�d like to discuss about this issue.
(2) After an order is fulfilled and you want to do CashParrot once again, no offers will be necessary to complete if you have already gone green once for CashParrot. Just open up a support ticket asking to reinstate your credit requirements.
(3) The offers that interest a user should only be done. Do not do offers just for the money. This will result in a hold.
5. Custom Orders
(1) Although it states 0 referrals, you need to submit a support ticket and request the item you are wanting. You will receive a reply promptly with the referrals needed for the item.
